well the lawyer is absolutely right. As per rule the answer sheets are treated as secret documents that can neither be shown to candidates nor their representatives. It,however, doesnt assert that an independent body, appointed by higher judiciary, can not inspect the answer sheets..
besides whenever this rule will conflict any article of constitution, constituion will prevail.

There is room for a case there is opportunity but alas now a days I am financially bankrupt.

Ma'm you have voiced for a nobel cause but you will witness yourself that once you log off from this forum, no one is going to stand with you. So ap ka wese bhi css clear announce kr diya fpsc ne so just chill and prepare well for upcoming stages of css .

No bro, keep faith. There are a few candidates who are weighing their options. They will definitely go to court as a last resort.

There is a widespread discontent among majority of candidates at the CE-16 result. Imagine, if FPSC is directed to address the grievance of candidates, then what options can it utilize to pacify the situation ? Certainly, rechecking of answer scripts would open a Pandora's box as every other candidate would want this favor. Therefore, what do you guys anticipate would be a pragmatic solution to the equation ?

proppsing any solution will bear no fruit as fpsc is stubborn beyond our imagination. And yeah only rechecking, that too by an independent body, is the only solution because, interestingly, checker have penalised all precis with person pronoun. The precis of narrative passage can be written using personal pronoun.
Likewise in town planning some candidates were given marks just of mcqs.

My brother passed written exam. His name was in the final merit list but no group allocated. I am surprised at fpsc for ruling out people like him. He is an abdalian. Bs cs topper in fast and mA confident. Maybe our govt doesnt want game changers. Maybe they just want yes man type blood coming. Maybe thats why the new generation doesnt pass.
I appeared in css 2017 after my brother passed 2016 written. Now lets see...
