16 year study mean b.sc. engineers k to 16 hi year hue m i right?

HEC is considering to tranform 2 year B.A into 4 years B.A honours program. The day it 'll be implemented, FPSC 'll be justified to compulse the education criteria of 16 years.

Being a student of Political science, constitution and policy I have my humbe knowledge that No policy in a state is implemented if there is a fraction of risk of human rights to be fractured, according to preamble of constitution of Pakistan (Objective Resolution) as constitution safeguards human rights. Now take the view of policy, if it is made compulsory what 'll be the future of people with simple B.A (2 years). If it is announced then it 'll provide two years gap to be implemented, for the candidates to complete 16 years of education. There is no chance of implementation of such policy, just after its announcement as it violates the constitutional law and human rights.
Seems logical?

Even if you complete your Bachelors, i.e. minimum qualification, and you are like 22, can you appear in CSS exams? or you will have to wait for some more years to appear in exams? As someone told me that you are eligible to take exams, after you have attained 25... So can anyone please tell me here that how much of that is true?

May be, someone told you about the right time to hit as 25 years old person is considered most energetic and having plenty of experience and intellect.

@ Mariah! May I ask the reason for rating my following post negative? :con If you don't tell, it's okay but it is confusing me that what's wrong in it. :thinking By the way, it's not a serious matter so take it easy. ;)

No need of apologize, my motive was to just clear the reasoning for disagreement. If there is no, I am tension free then. I was also thinking the same way that you are a newbie that's why it happened.:vic
