dear ,
i contacted a member of fpsc there will be no change in upper age limit, rules will be more or less same, but people whose date of birth is 1st January will be eligible.so good news for all of those who born on 1st January 1983.

What about in future...Means after 2011. since diferrent suggestions are in pipeline....Can you please check on this & advise as I am planning for CSS 2012. I have completed my graduation.

usman plzzzzzzzzzzz tl me about age relaxation nd also 16 years of education 4 css in 2012?bcz i have b.a degree nd preparing 4 css exams in 2012

Nothing can be said for CE 2012.I will suggest you to go for M.A to be on the safe side.

Nothing can be said about CSS-2012 policy at this point of time. but yes, there are rumors in the air that 16 years of education and 30 years age limit may be added to the rules of CSS by 2012. Therefore, I would advise you to start preparing for doing masters program in some relevant subject. If you can do this in 2011 successfully, then you will be on safer side even if CSS policy is revised.
