Thumbs up Khizer Mohsin Shah vs FPSC : Petition filed in LHC
With the filing of a writ petition titled "Khizer Mohsin Shah vs FPSC" followed by its acceptance, in Lahore High Court, against FPSC, a gleam of hope seems to pervade in the present stymied after-math of Final CSS Result 2009. A group, consisting of no less audacious affectees has come forward to challange the gravely unprecedented anomalies committed in the recent past by a most prestigious Institution of the Country. Notices have been issued to the defendents and a few conscientious journalists have started taking sou moto notice .

could u plz let me know abt the detailz?how many candidates have filed this petition?when is the hearing?and if some more candidates want to b a part of this...what procedure would they have to adopt?

Well ! Farish,
Around 15 candidates have expresssed their consent to be the party in the said pettition, while similar number of candidates have preferred to stay anonymous. the Date for next hearing is deliberately left confidential, only known to the pettitioners. However, there is no harm to make it public, but it should be substantiated by all those concerned.

Referring to the second part of your question as to how one can join the proceddings as a necessary party, there is no bar to join the pettition/litigation at any stage of the case before the judgement is pronounced.

Any one interested to be a party, can contact Muhammad Ali Awan advocate, himself an affectee and member of this forum.

There is a news in today's Jang that a member of FPSC named Masood Alam Rizvi have resigned due to his personal clash with the chairman.....could it be taken as a hint .... something is rotten in the state of denmark .......

Yes I endorse Honorable Raz's speculation regarding the development in pettition in the the following week. There is a silver lining which would be visible both in Electronic and Print Media. Guys! Be rest assured, deo volente (God Willing) juridical dithering is over.
