This was done in pure intention of solidifying the federation abating the grievances of downtrodden people of rural areas in much of the country. This was also done to make a level-pegging competition between all federating units despite the huge differences in educational standards of Punjab, Sindh, KP and Balochistan. If you wish to do away with the quota system, introduce a uniform educational system and inculcate similar knowledge in all aspirants belonging to all parts of the country. Then challenge their performances in the competitive exam. In the current circumstances, if a candidate from Thar, Larkana, Bannu, Fata or any other agency passes this exam, this is evidence of his/her utmost endeavour at acquiring the excellence in competitive exam. He/she must be duly rewarded rather than demoralized over differential and hampering obstructions within the rules of the commission. Any such law, that violates the fundamental principle of federation and deprives individuals of their basic right to quality higher education and hinders the path towards creating a solid federation, must be struck down. The beneficiaries of this judgment would be none other than the very citizens of this homeland who had long held this dream of serving this country in an earnest manner.
Very well said Redmax.
I would forward your point of view that if candidates from all the federating units are measured on the same scale i.e. aggregate, They must be educated with the same standard of education. The candidates from Lahore, Faisalabad etc have major preference over others in terms of Academies run by former FPSC checkers/ examiners etc., They, in competition of getting more students in their academies, share all the golden tips to their students. On the other hand the poor aspirants from the down-trodden societies face the hard realities of life. My personal experience in both attempts (2008 & 2010), I could read only the helping guides of B.A. / M.A. written in Sindhi and Urdu, and then made their translation in the exams. I use to study under the candlelight; worse electricity crisis in rural areas (14-16 hours) as compared to Lahore, Islamabad. Yet I was short of aggregate in my both attempts. (Roll No. 8004). If one dares to see the situation from our eyes, it is heart-rendering. We sometimes weep on our fate that we have to face these social injustices, but we are fighting on our own.
Rightly said by Redmax, "if a candidate from Thar, Larkana, Bannu, Fata or any other agency passes this exam, this is evidence of his/her utmost endeavour at acquiring the excellence in competitive exam. He/she must be duly rewarded rather than demoralized over differential and hampering obstructions within the rules of the commission."
We must unite on one plateform to remove these anomalies.

In dawn news paper, many letters have been written to the editor covering all these issues and concerns of my friends here and they logically justified their stance.
Finally, lets see how FPSC will react or what chenge they will bring to us.
