After sending Notice of Peshawar High Court to FPSC. FPSC mentioned its position to general public regarding age relaxation. And also submitted notes to Peshawar High court.

After submission of comments from Establishment and other Govt Departments the next hearing will be taken place. Then the further position will be clear.

Our Advocate Mohammad Raees discussed this issue with Peshawar High Court Judge personally. The Judge admitted that it was discrimination with CSS exam.

But the court only advice to Establishment to do something.

The whole picture will be clear after next hearing. We are trying to raise this issue as much as possible before media.

Question CSS Age Relaxation Policy & FPSC.
Dear Brother Asif AOA,Your efforts are commendable and worthy of praise.The clarification letter of FPSC on 23.11.2011 is itself explains that what was the age crieteria prior to the CE-2001 and what is now.I think your good lawer must take it into consideration.The honorable CJ Ifftikhar Ch.in NRO case hearing now clearly stated that the govt.of PPP has cleared the constitution with the dictatorial lwas but none of us can tell him that the talented Pakistani youth who intended to take CSS examination is deprived of taking it because of dictator's acts.
