Hi fellow members, i havnt make it in 2012 ... my next attempt depends on this petition so i would be pressing the throttle and studing for 2013 so kindly keep us informed..

i dont agree with deadly doctor here...fpsc also want to extend age from 28 to 30 its cabinet who disallows it everytime the file is sent for its approval lets see what happens this time

Dont lose hope because fpsc cannot defend itself on the age relaxation issue. All it has to say will be that extending the age limit is not in the purview of te comission and that prime minister alone is capable of granting such a privilege. I dont know how wikl the Judges respond to that. A.K Dogar is a seasoned lawyer and im sure he will put forth cogent argument in favor of age relaxation.

Its not the issue of age extending from 28 to 30 but extending it from 28 to 33 years. Seems you will be content with 30 but most of the aspirants will not be.

Is this a case for age relaxation for all or for some specific group like govt servant?? plz make it clear.... Thanks aur ye age relaxation kb tk he waise men apne dost se suna tha k CSS k liye upper age limit 30 year & PMS k liye 31 Year he but not implemented till....

Hello every one,

Three weeks time for response of federal goverment has been passed on 2nd october, 2012.

Why the governmnet is not submitting anwer to the court.

Can any body predict about the time period of this case, I mean how long the final decision could be possible on this case.

Can anyone anaswer.
