CSS written examination is too rigorous a procedure to be conducted again, even if most blatant violation occurs. Add to this the absence of a national government and flurry of elections; end result: some condemnation, cross institutional blame game and claims to probe further into the matter and ensure transparency in future. I wish I could say this is first such instance, but it is not, has happened in the past and will continue to happen unless strict and foolproof strategies like those of ETS or British Council are employed to conduct the exams.

I don't know , why Ansar abbasi always pre-determine a matter.

It's not easy to re-conduct exam throughout the country. Yes,chances are there for Faislabad and other suspected centers.

By the way, how they managed to use official stamps, and seal? There must be a flaw in Fpsc administration of Faisalabad.

For the sake of maintaining prestige and authenticity FPSC deciding to conduct CE 2013 again .... Its true that all over Pakistan its not an easy task but still the efforts of deserving aspirants must be respected in all sense ....

You are right Abro. The main question here arises that how those culprits managed to seal the documents. FPSC should take this matter extremely serious. This is the only merit-based-exam left in Pakistan. Matter should also be taken to Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Default NO to retaking the exam!
all of us should not have to pay for the actions of so few..
only the Guilty ones should be punished NOT the hardworking candidates who spent their considerable time, energy & resources to take this gruelling exam..

so very disappointed.

I think FPSC will retake the exam to maintain its transparency and credibility. We dont know yet that is this happened only in Faisalabad centre or in other centres too. There are precedences too and according to those precedences FPSC cancels the whole exam and retakes the exam. This will be the course of action too this time.

Can you please mention when exams were cancelled in the past.
Suppose if ce 13 gets cancelled then when we should be expecting the exams? Will it be an automatic process or we will need to re apply?

In this scenario, when election is to be conducted in a few days, it is not feasible to reconduct the exam all over Pakistan but it can be so.
