An ear-to-ear grin of happiness, that is felt,while million gallons of water must have passed under the bridges of time,for those who despite being in the list of qualifier,are,for some reasons, down in it... upset about,concerned about better allocations which seems to be their only hope now...i feel an urge to express that there are those around you, who are not even in the list... myself included in the sorrowful souls...yet hope that it lingers on keeps us moving.......

i wish my heart-felt felicitations to all of you qualifiers who burned their candles of succes with their very blood to make it happen, but especially a note of congrats to:
