An ear-to-ear grin of happiness, that is felt,while million gallons of water must have passed under the bridges of time,for those who despite being in the list of qualifier,are,for some reasons, down in it... upset about,concerned about better allocations which seems to be their only hope now...i feel an urge to express that there are those around you, who are not even in the list... myself included in the sorrowful souls...yet hope that it lingers on keeps us moving.......

i wish my heart-felt felicitations to all of you qualifiers who burned their candles of succes with their very blood to make it happen, but especially a note of congrats to:
Mr. Waheed Anwar Abro : Man you desvr more than that,nevertheless u saw ur dream come true .best of the luck for all ur ventures,adventures and goals ahead
Mr. Syed Fawad: Who has been an impetus for me,for his selfless letter on how to prepare for css. Bro, you indeed deserve this rank. best of the luck!! i shall post it sooner than later in allocated portion of tips an guidlines.

Mr. adil memon: with nonverbal expressions, i know this guy..he is quite talented, and desrvs what he desired for. Good luck to you !
