Default To all those who are victims of suitability

Salams,

Fair play & justice demands that yardstick for allocation of groups/service should be hardwork of any candidate. a candidates' suitability for certain group can not b established by commission in 30 minutes interview. Sadly, FPSC (Chairman) is armed with power to decide any candidate's future whimisically.... few of CSS qualifier had successfully challenged the exercise of suitability & were able to revoke this arbitrary exercise... A number of commoners from 36th CTP r fighting court cases to defend their rights...

Few of our fellow qualifiers have once again suffered from "suitibilty"... i am really sad on their bad-luck.......

A piece of advice for all those who r victims of suitabilty: Pl fight ur case. FPSC ordinances give every candidate a right of representation, followed by a review petition & in the end, a candidate has right to file appeal in High Court... All must fight for their cause... Moreover, it won't affect the groups of others as in past those who were able to reverse the suitabilty were accomodated by creating special seats in that group with benefit of seniority...........

Regards

@ Mumtaz

Definitely there are cases. From the top of my head, the guy who is first in Sindh-U has been allocated to customs, his 3rd or 4th choice as far as i know. There are also a couple of other instances as well ...
