During Psychological Tests candidates are given a form in which there are different question along with a question that " why do you want to join the group which is your first preference? ". That form is in one's file which is infront of every member of the panel when one is being interviewed. The panel goes through one's file and mostly questions are framed on the basis of the credentials, Psychological report etc therein. So that is why i was asked that question.
