Salam

I have sent my Acceptance letter by TCS and UMS not the telegram.The bond can be submitted before the training there is no specific date for this and i have also heard that you will have to submit the bond at CSA again ,because at times they get misplaced.
Can anyone tell me the procedure for the surety bond ,the stamp paper thing?

pay visit to a nearest court,,,get a stamp paper worth Rs.100...print the text of sample bond on that and fill it,,sign it and attest it by an oath commissioner,,,,u r done

its funny but i checked with our ministry n they guided me to keep the bond untill we reach CSA then on a second thought he said send a copy if you want. however he again said tht there is no need of bond at this time just keep it till the final day.
now what do u say abt this? by the way frozen have u sent the bond / copy to DG CSA? cuz i havent n they havnt asked for it also .
on the other hand i confirmed with MOC n they have confirmed the arrival of the acceptance letter.

the bond can be submitted anytime before joining the academy,even on the first day you can.what we all are required to do on this stage is to send our acceptance letters.
moreover, there is nothing wrong if anyone has sent the bond.

Default bond when to send??
i was going through the posts abt the surety bond n i read in 1 post tht if some1 wants to send he/she can send the copy n submit original himself but ive sent the original bond and i have the copy wid me so seniors let me knw if ive done somthing wrong...i did it acc to instructions of my cozin(serving CSP)

submission of Surety Bond is a procedural requirment of CSA and not MoC, therefore, the bond is required @ time of joining CSA. there is no problem if u send it right now or submitt it while joining CSA, what matters is that if u send it now (through mail or delivery by hand) it might get lost and u have to re-submitt that. I discussed the same with Ahmed Fasih SO (Admin) MOC he advised me to forward a copy of acceptence letter alongwith a copy of surety bond to CSA and submitt orignal @ time of joining.
