If you are not satisfied, go and get your paper rechecked. What's the point in making this thread?

Well if someone wants to vent out a bit of frustration thorugh this thread then let him or her do it.specially when its not the best time of their life

Be a bit considerate!!

I know you are a sweetheart of the forum and very deservedly too but still sometimes you have a tendency of becoming a rigid disciplinarian :king

PS.its just positive criticism, I really respect your method of workign and I really mean it ,keep it up!!

Not its not like that. Previously members used this platform for the purpose of maligning institutions, for calling strikes and such other negative activities. So this is to curb those activities, not favorable for the forum.

My friend is not satisfied as well. She grabbed her purse and important documents and was on her way to ISB when she called me in the evening. You don't need to have a huge team with you to get your paper rechecked, or do you? :)

Syed Saadat Tuesday, October 27, 2009 09:40 PM

Hmmmm
Now I understand why you are there and I am here :bow

Point taken!!

but my perception was that these guys jsut want to do some catharsis through mutual discussion , You are ryt about the lobbying thing, Anyaz you could have been a little more polite in discouraging the guy ,jsut a personal feeling .

Thanks for the prompr response
byes byes and takes cares :)

There is a procedure for re checking of papers in FPSC where u can submit your application, which is a simple way.

I qualified but after recieving my DMC got frustrated about my marks in some subjects. But this is also a fact that in some subjects i scored more than my expectations. So try to cool down yourself at this moment Allah se sabar ki dua karry awr aagy ki taraf deaiky, Vision broad rakhy, ways are open for you.

And dont make this forum for criticizing the commission, every one know that FPSC is very much honest Regading CSS exam.

wish u best of luck.

Dear Last Island !!!!

Dear Last Island,

In the thread "CSS-2009 result declared" you have posted a list of the candidates who have passed. Could I ask where have you obtained that list from? Since no such list has been published in any of the newspapers, and no such list exists on the official FPSC website.

Also, as per earlier information, the list contained 875 persons who had passed. The number later became 876 and then, in your list, 900.

Please guide me!

Marks recount will have absolutely NO effect!!!

Aslam o Alaikum,

I just want to guide those members who want to get their papers rechecked that this activity will be having no bearing on the final outcome and you will get the same mark sheet at the end....

In 2006, I got 185th position and missed allocation due to the "Retrospective application of Woman quota". Visibly bruised, I decided to move Court against the commission after getting my marks rechecked... But to my utter disappointment, FPSC is sheltered with a impregnable constitutional cover on these matters and I didn't get any relief.... Therefore, if you still want to get your marks rechecked, go ahead but don't develop any ambitious expectations that you will get any relief..... It's a mere formality... I have done it twice and i know many who have adopted this course many-a-time....

wish you good luck...
