it is courtesy to share ones experiences- good or adverse- with others as lessons are learnt in this regard. Although it is a competitive exam but everyone should come forward to share what he or she has learnt.
Reward and positions are gotten by one's own mattle what counts is how much he or she has been beneficial for others.

hey all..

2 of my friends have been through their psychologicals. This is what info i could collect from their experiences:

Discussion topics Urdu
1. tareekh apnay aap ko dhorati hai
2. aala taleem aala kirdar ki zamin hai

English topics
1. Instability in Pakistan leads to destruction
2. We should develop good trade relations with our neighbouring countries.

Command Tasks(bits i can recall)
1. There has been an earthquake, as DCO what immediate measures would be taken by you.
2. Measures taken for law and order control for Moharram processions
3. Measure taken for the upliftment of educational standards

The interviews with the psych panel were rather personal, questions were pre dominantly based on the psychological profile of the candidates (filled by them on day 1)

Though i couldnt get detailed account of their experiences yet i hope that these bits would be of some help.
