How about suitability clause?
By suitability clause application we generally mean allocation of a particular person in a particular occupational group irrespective of his/her marks.....In this case a candidates personality is so suitable for a particular group that he/she is allocated in that group.....
This suitability clause was repeatedly applied in 2006,7 and 8.....Can this rule be applied in CSS 2009 result and allocation? any idea? |

I don't see its frequent exercise in 2009 batch. Reason being the novelty of panel and lesser experience of Chairman in this field. He may honor merit-wise allocation. It’s my personal judgment.
Suitability / subjectivity is easily applied by a dictatorial person, Rana Bhagwan Das seems a poetic person. He may avoid bypassing candidates on his personal judgment. Marks will play a vital role. Moreover, written marks will be driving force this time.

I agree with Raz,
Rana Bhagwan Das will not by pass the merit. Suitability clause will not be introduced this time. Written marks are going to be the deciding factor in CE-2009

@hamza and RAZ...yes my brothers he certainly is a poetic person...he astounded me years past when i read his NAATS...rana bhagwan das is a known poet, has said remarkaBLE naats for our UMMI S.A.W.W....i believe he wouldn't be using any such authoritative clause...
regards ayezza

Agreed but usually it is psychologist that lays stress over the suitability....
It might happen that new panel attach more importance to suitability for a particular occupational group.................... I favor suitability because at times wrong person is allocated in a particular group in the light of his/her marks achieved. such person proves later a source of trouble for the public sometimes........ Raaz you have touched realistic side of the picture. possibility of the application of the said rule is low , i dont ignore its value though. Best of Luck.....to all.
