Question What would happen to the non-allocated qualifiers?

First of all I congratulate all those who have passed in CE-09 with vivid colors, Then I wanna ask a question that Commission have passed about 875 Candidates in Final Results but according to the respected ministries the allocation list would be announced for about 250+ Candidates, what would rest of the candidate do? Is there any chance for them to join 38th CTP or not...???

Thank you if you are replying my Question.
Regards ...

It is quite awful, Commission should give some incentive to runner ups or should give at-least the Certificate of appreciation that they came up that far, Because I remember there were about 5000+ Candidates for the CSS-CE-09 While Commission passed 900 in written and 850+ in Final Results and that process takes about 9 months from Written Test Results and prior to that cumulatively it takes more then a Year from scratch start. Its quite painful for those who fail to allocate according to their respected Ministries...

Detailed Marks Sheets will be issued to all the candidates whether they will be allocated or not. I don’t think that these certificates will heal the wounds of runner ups or help them somewhere to get a good job.

There is no doubt in the talent of successful candidates and they should be adjusted in IB, FIA, ISI and on other higher posts of the state. CSS qualifiers are far more better than those who qualify through one paper of General Recruitment of FPSC for different posts.

@ Above
I also beleive that the FPSC should give credit to the all those candidates who proved their worth by not only qualifying the written examination but also the interview .

I strongly advocate the views given by crown prince that they should be given jobs in FIA, IB, NAb and they should also be given jobs in the provincial services.

Just like there was a post for the AJK candidates in the preference forms of css 2009.there should also be similar posts in the preference form for all the other provines.

I would also like to encourage all those candidates who couldn't get allocated to buck up and avail their remaining chances with more vigour and enthusiasm.

regards

The final prefernce form to be given at the time of our final interview had 13 prefrences to be given .out of those 13 the 12 were for all the candidates and the 13th was only to be given by the candidates having the domicile of AJk.the post was something like assistant commisioner-cum-assistant collector.

regards
