What else do u require? Isnt it enough expample that I was standing at 114th in overall merit and 3rd in Balochistan and now they have placed me at 380th and 20th in Balochistan. Isn't it enough to suggest manipulation in the result. My brother what we have traditional perceived about FPSC that it is the only reliable institution in the country is not all right. Undoubtedly, the myth about fairness in FPSC has been shattered this year.

I would like to draw the attention of all concerned towards the following poits.

Has anyone thought about the consequences of our action. i.e what if we are not allocated as per new merit list as well as we will be highlighted and it is all possible that they may apply suitability clause over us i.e not fit for any occupational group.
Instead why dont reconcile the difference in relevant forums as suggested in the laws governing FPSC.
I suggest that we should first obtain explanation from FPSC and Establishment division and then file a petition in High Court or Supreme Court.

Can any one tell me that how should i appeal against revision/ discrepancies in the result/ merti list of CSS 2009 as I have been affected very badly by the decision of FPSC?? Should I first seek explanation from FPSC and Establishment Division and then High Court or Supreme Court or vice versa??

Seniors please guide me.

no brother dat is not enuff it aint any sorta proof against credibility of fpsc.dey acknowledged the counting mistake demself n corrected it ,it doesnt prove any malpractice . u r rite u shuld go wid the legal way...fpsc has dere own tribunal system u cant go to the court directly .if ny1 has any other proof pls letme knw i m wid u too

I fully agree with you, I think those who know Mr Faiq are very much aware of the fact that he is the most capable person on the field and off the field. An energetic and lively person who motivates, rallying hard for the right cause, always keep the spirts high through his gentle touch and a teamplayer par excellence. You are right brother! We have worked on all consideraitions. Its too early to comment on it. Lets wait and see.
