Default Charter of Agitation !

I humbly request all those who feel agrieved by or dissatisfied over CE-09 FINAL RESULT to sign the charter of Agitation to register their vote which will greatly help shape us a unified Course of Action.

I know there are many disgruntled candidates who feel quite disappointed but not ready to voice against FPSC, as they are confused over the issues namely;

1-FPSC is all in all and nothing can be done against it?
2-Bagwan das is dead honest man therefore he cannot play with the careers of candidates?
3-The institution is highly sacrosanct, the possibility of any wrong at any level is beyond perception?
4-None has succeeded against FPSC, so far in the history of the institution?
5-FPSC enjoys absolute control and authority over the recruitment mechanism?
6-FPSC is a transparent institution?
7-Some candidates are whispering that we have no documentry proof, therefore, cannot challenge the credibility of FPSC etc.

No one is absolute, every one is subject to law and our Courts are interpreting the same axiom as well.

As far the documentry proof is concerned, we are not supposed to bring any documentary proof as we are not the employees of FPSC. The Court can constitute an independent commission to investigate the whole matter starting from the marks awarding scheme from Written to Viva. Many fingers can be pointed on the Chairman's excercise of Viva Marks. I can say with guarntee that he has not awarded marks according to Interviewee's capability.
As per the instructions issued to the Chairman in awarding marks, the candidate is evaluated on these grounds.
1-CONFIDENCE,
2-Substantial Knowledge,
3-Communication Skills and
4-Behaviour etc.

Much can be done against the high-handedness of FPSC Officials and others who have tempered with Results.

"Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" Lord Atkin

Since FPSC officials know they are under no Authority, their decision cannot be challenged in any court, the possibility of the 'Absolute corruption' cannot be ruled out.

Today we have vibrant and effective media, and Judiciary is no longer in shackles.

Let's join hands to strive for justice and meritocracy.

A group of friends have agreed to resort to Court to challenge the unexpected Result which has left the talented youth of Pakistan disappointed and skeptical of the Performance of the Institution.

We respect the Institution but cannot leave it unchecked?

We are living in a state with rule of law and necessary provision of Fundamental rights. No one has granted these rights unto us freely, But it is we who always have strived for them.
