Is Esfandyar Baloch of Balochistan joining as he is in DMG through PCS and in css-2009 he got MLCG? his merit no. is 18 in Balochistan

A friend of mine Asfandaryar Khan, having been allocated to FSP, is undergoing STP of C & E with me. He is not going to join FSP.

by the way whom should v contact regarding information of second list of allocation? the FPSC or establishment dept?
