i think this guy like few others r not in allocation list...they didnt write groups below top 3 or 4 preferences...
i wish if they were present.......as i need 3 to 4 ppl 4m punjab ( not joining 38 CTP ) to get me allocated...

Nine candidates havent submitted their acceptance letter .......remaining work is being carried out on reallocation...it,ll be clear at the end of next week....
