iska criteria kider sy start hota hy performance in css intervie or performance in CTP?

Hello and AoA

Our CTP ended on the 5th of October, 2010 and according to my information CTP of 38th Common might be delayed till Jan/Feb 2011. The reasons are many the sheer number of the batch being the foremost.

Some Good News.

As per new schedule their will be no PT during CTP ( It'll be optional but who would want to get up at 5 am in winters for pt ).

Secondly the duration of CTP has been cut down to Six months, ours lasted around 10 months.

There were a number of proposals discussed and finally this plan has been approved because handling this number of probationars is not an easy task. We were continuously taunted by the administration of our huge number whenever we complained about something and just imagine you guys will be 60 strong than we were.

Luckily for you guys a new DG has been appointed ( Khalid Sultan ), he is an amiable fellow very cooperative and positive. I must say that you guys are really lucky.

P.S

i request everyone to kindly offer two rakat namaz Nawafil shukrana that the old DG has been transfered otherwise all your dreams of a memorable ctp might have been dashed to the........
