I did not understand one thing, there is one seat vacant for Information group in Balochistan in merit and there are many candidates still in the list who didn't get allocated, why is that?

i think when the press note clearly mentions that you should send your acceptance after the issuance of [COLOR="Red"]"this press note"[/COLOR] then no matter whether you send it now or after the receipt of your individual letters :)
