Why a vacancy in information group has been left blank?
 

Can anyone tell me why a vacancy in information group (Merit seat) has been left blank despite that there is 15 candidates waiting down the line??? As allocations for candidates from Balochistan have been done till merit No. 19 or overall merit No.364 I was supposed to be allocated in information group because I am the next candidate standing on overall merit No. 380 and 20th in Balochistan. But was not allocated. It is relevant to mention here that I was standing on overall merit No. 114th and 3rd in Balochistan but later on demoted to 380th and 20th in Pakistan and Balochistan respectively.

Can anyone tell me why I was not allocated despite that I was deserving that. I request senior members to guide me in this regard. What should I do? what is the procedure to file a petition in FPSC or establishment division.

ya right. Its inexplicable was also wondering that y have they not allocated IG to anyone in Balochistan.
I think you should approach Fpsc and they will certainly give u the reason for such an anomaly or adjust the seat accordingly .

Thanks Kashif Bro. I made 3 calls today to FPSC and Establishment Division each regarding this anomaly but their response was not clear. Establishment Division was not having any stance. They were stressing that we have asked clarification from FPSC in this regard and it will take time. Similarly the officials at FPSC were also shifting the responsibility on Establishment Division. I dont know what is the real situation?

It gives me the sense that they are doing such things with me on personal bases. It is the second time I have been shocked enormously. Now dont know what to do?

dear I don't think its something personal. There must be some misunderstanding. Write to chairman Fpsc in an application about it or if u r in qta,meet ahmed Bakhsh lehri, chief secretary, and it really is very easy to meet him, brief him about the matter.he will contact chairman Fpsc and secretary establishment division.

I am feeling extremely distressed over non allocation of my seat in CSS 2009 despite that I was deserving it. It is the second time I am shocked enormously. First time they changed the merit in which I secured 3rd position and this is the 2nd time. Despite that they manipulated the result I was supposed to be allocated in Information group but dont know what is wrong with them? They are playing emotional/personal game with me..

Dear brother, try to contact them via phone. If you don't receive proper response then do not hesitate to pay visit to FPSC Islamabad and Establishment Division to sort out the issue. It is matter of your career and you need to get it resolved in your favour because it is your right as apparent from circumstances.

Sometimes there is issue of decimal points in quota distribution, there is a possibility of such situation if it is not a mistake on FPSC/Establishment part. This situation can be verified from the distribution of last batch with fraction based calculation. If you succeed to find that fraction wise distribution you can conclude whether that is a mistake or a hard luck due to decimal points.

For instance he has not mentioned IG in his choices even than this IG vacancy should not be kept unfilled because there are other successful candidates after Bhelol who should be assigned this seat. In any case IG positions should have been filled.

i also got shocked after i saw the vacant seat. Bro you should definitely pay visit to fpsc Isd if they do not solve this issue either on phone or through letter. Dont loose your heart and fight it till the end. I hope you get this seat and i probably think it is mistake at establishment end. Hope for the best

Thanks all for your good response. I have made several calls but could not receive proper response. Can anyone share me the link for rules regarding settlement of grievances?? I urgently need this. I have drafted a letter but dont know what should be the subject from legal point of view? Representation? Review petition? Application? Request seeking explanation?
