Regarding Degree requirement(plz reply)
 

greetings everyone,

i have some queries regarding my degree.
well i have just completed 8 semesters.
now i just have to give presentation for my final year project on 10th november 2009.
i am expected to get my final degree transcript in late december or first week of january.

now i talked about this issue with a qualified csp.
he said to me that "if ur uni doesnt give u transcript and u have completed ur degree then u shud issue a letter from ur university that u have completed ur degree with -- cgpa before december.
then its perfectly ok and fpsc will accept it provided that u will show them ur original degree on the time of ur interview as they will send u letters for missing documents"
on the other hand i have read somewhere in this forum that its not acceptable.

plz throw some light on this issue

I think it is possible coz i also submited just mark sheet of Graduation i didnt have the degree...i provided it in interview.once you clear the written part they will themselves demand your degree

[B]Hope Certificate[/B] is all you need from your institute, as I have also submitted the same certificate in CE- 2009 because I have given the final exams but was waiting for the result at the time of submission of the form and there was no objection raised by fpsc on my application.

if your date of declaration of result crosses 1st January of the year in which you are taking CSS exam, you will be considered [B]ineligible[/B].

if your result is declared before 1st January, you can send them the photocopies of your documents even in March, April or May, whenever you want. they will ask you for it.

you will have to produce original documents on or before psychological test day which will hopefully be conducted somewhere in October or may be later.

you [B]DO NOT[/B] need any hope certificate or provisional certificate from the institution.

I'm from UET Lahore and i have my provisional certificate with me and want to appear in 2010. It seems likely that i won't be able to get my degree till the dead-line so kindly tell me is it sufficient to fulfill the requirements of FPSC?

I recieved my result in August this year, but my degree will arrive from England in January, Im assuming its fine that I can get the degree in January then get it's equivalence done from HEC and submit later.

Mark sheets VS Degreee
 

Plz some one confirm me i am a graduate but i have my mark sheet as evidence i do not possess my degree. can i apply for CSS 2019 with only my mark sheets
