salam aliza

i just read your post.you didnot mention your optional subjects here.anyways, dont loose your heart .i also face this situation sometimes when after completing one topic i go and check past papers.well, some subjects are very analytical and we cant learn each and everything offcourse.you must make questions regarding that topic/chapter your self after completing one topic or a chapter it can help.i am also a junior member and a senior member can guide you better.unfortunately you are in a different city and i am in different so we cant have a combine study program but, this forum is of great help.

in the end keep making efforts and dont loose your heart and leave rest on the things on almighty Allah

all the best

Dear Sister...

Test anxiety can develop for a number of reasons:
There may be some prior negative experience with test taking that serves as the activating event.

Students who have experienced, or have a fear of, blanking out on tests or the inability to perform in testing situations can develop anticipatory anxiety. Worrying about how anxiety may affect oneself can be as debilitating as the
anxiety itself.

This kind of anxiety can build as the testing situation approaches, and can interfere with a student's ability to prepare adequately.
Lack of preparation can contribute to test anxiety. Poor time management, poor study habits, and lack of organization can lead to a student feeling overwhelmed.

Students who are forced to cram at the last minute tend to feel less confident about the material covered than those who have been able to follow a structured plan for studying. Being able to anticipate what the exam will cover, and knowing all the information has been covered during the study sessions, can help students to enter the testing situation with a more positive attitude.

Test anxiety may also have a genetic component.
Lack of confidence, fear of failure, and other negative thought processes may also contribute to test anxiety. The pressure to perform well on exams is a great motivator unless it is so extreme that it becomes irrational.
Perfectionism, low self-esteem, and feelings of unworthiness provide unreasonable goals to achieve through testing situations. When a student's self-esteem is too closely tied to the outcome of any one academic task, the results can be devastating.

In these situations, students may actually spend more time worrying about the test than actually studying for it.

Sis If you find yourself amidst any of the aforementioned citations better start working on Mirror-Effect,

The best piece of advise me or anyone else on this solacing forum can give you is, be steadfast, highlight/analyze your shortcomings work on them see whats wrong ? why is it not happening ? Why isn't the things going the way you want them ? You are the one in position, you can help yourself the most, all me and other members can do is suggest you thats it, you can turn the tables over, lastly have no misgivings in mind, give it your best shot its worth it you will do it Inshallah.

PS; my personal experience; If situation is confounding go back to the begining find out maladies and work out remedies- lining success.

take it easy, it is CSS not a Pule sirat. I think CSS is not difficult than CA, when i saw the papers of CSS, i got following ideas, you should be technical, and the most what the question is requiring from you. select those papers in which you think you are the best. Study well and leave all things on Allah,

Assalam-0-Alaikum,

Most important factor for achieving one’s goal is trying. You should keep trying; we have got to live no matter how many skies have fallen. One must be determinant to his/her cause. Don’t care about negative points and try to surmount them.

Keep up your hard work, be positive, neglect the ordeals, move ahead with firm belief on Almighty Allah, keep praying and prepare yourself for the day, the day of performance. Then leave the matter on the mercy of circumstances.

If you are equipped with knowledge, ideas, writing and analytical skills then your pen in examination hall will not deceive you. It happens at home but not so often in examination hall. Your home is your academy and try to get more and more. Learn what you can and write what you know. Be optimistic.

Chill,
