Who is a gazetted officer ??? are they the one we find in courts and stuff ????

Officers appointed by govt to a particular post in govt sector and are authorized to sign or stamp a document.

Where can we find such people for attesting our documents ? *confused*

1. Are we suppose to attach that group preference for , because , i remember that as the 2009 result declared, candidates were asked to submit that form later.

2. What about those big name and address lists ? we have to attach them aswell ?

Those who are downloading form from the website have to leave it blank.

Well, look around. May be you will find a senior govt officer or might your friend know someone.

None of the annexes apply to me. Should I:
1. deattach them from the form
2. attach them but mark a horizontal line in the fields
3. attach them and leave them blank

@ Dear jav_ria, one must fill the receipt. At the time of submission of forms in person, the FPSC staff will detach this slip and hand it over to depositor. You must write your name and application form to facilitate the FPSC staff otherwise they will write in speedy manner and often mistakes can occur. This slip is a proof that you have deposited your forms to the FPSC. As rightly guided by last island, people downloading the form should leave space of application form blank and should write their names only, while the ppl who got forms from FPSC should write number of form at the blank of form number as well as write his/her name on the remaining blank.

@ aariz, last island has rightly guided you but it is entirely upto you to use any option from 1,2 & 3 as enumerated in your post.

CONFUSE :

On page Number # 1 of Instructions, it says,

The candidate is cautioned that before he/she receives his/her roll number, the serial number of the application and CNIC number must be quoted, in all correspondence with the Commission,otherwise his/her letter(s) will not be attended to.

I have downloaded Form from Internet, it contains not any serial number, what should we do now?
