It has nothing to do with the place of one's residence.

FPSC is not to be blamed for this, candidates are. When the answer sheets are being checked and marks awarded, the examiners do not know which answer sheet belongs to the candidate of which province. There is a certain minimum level of calibre and ability needed to pass CE,and whosoever attains it is declared pass, whether he/she is from Punjab,Baluchistan,GB-FATA,Sindh,KPK or AJK.There is nothing such as nepotism, biaseness and cronyism in FPSC.
So,rather than blaming the FPSC or the government for the poor performance of candidates from any province, those candidates should resort to hardwork and making themselves worthy of being Civil servants. Those who have passed are also there as an example.Uzair Sheikh and Ali Mardan, two guys from Sindh-R have got good enough positions, look up to them rather than looking at the number of failures. In any case, number of failures always outweighs the number of passed candidates.Government has devised a quota system to quell the grievances of smaller provinces, what else can it do?It cannot present seats in a platter to every candidate who appears in this exam. Please, all, this is a competitive examination.Make yourself good enough to beat the competition, don't just complain for the sake of complaining.

Agreed.candidates needs to work harder to pass the exam.fpsc cannot be blamed as it has no enmity with the people of sindh.it is very unfortunate that every year many seats go unfilled.along with hard work also pray to Allah to help you instead of losing hope.
