Dear, I would request you not to discourage you feelings or be even a little dis-heart, though, i know my words can not mend your grief, but the problem in CE is that everybody needs the same thing so they only allot those who are at the top. Now, i beleive every aspirant who has appeared, would have surely worked extremely hard but those who couldnt qualify, they may be worked a little hard than those who passed or they may be a little unlucky i would say at the end of the day. Cz i don't feel any average student goes for CSS. There are thousands who appear and all of them are distinct somewhere in some field, wt i believe.
Its like a ticket you try once, your ticket didnt get the prize, you pin it again, it still didnt work, if, then you try again. Competition is the name of war....

Then the other thing is that i can fully understand what my fellows and dearest friends in this forum have felt when they couldn't qualify because i was so confused and nervous bcz i have been waiting for an hour by pressing F5 F5 F5 on n on at FPSC Site and finally when the result got loaded it was around 5:35 i guess, i missed my name and roll number at first glance and i felt extremely bad for 3-5 seconds that i was going to have a heart failure. My whole body was simply Cold and i was totally pale. Then i, desperately, started reading roll numbers who qualified around my roll numbers , i mean 5000s and when i got to see my own name and roll number.... It was really another extremist great feeling.....
So i can understand what you have felt but dont realy drown in it. Come out of it and work again. cz i believe Hardwork pays its reward...

Regards

FPSC maintains secrecy for those who believe in secrecy and no secrecy for those who don't believe in it.

No comment on assessment.
Lakin secrecy ka ye hal hy ky our allocations have not been announced but 50% of candidates from Sindh have used their contacts and got information about their group allocation.
