i visited FPSC office yesterday and today for collecting the Question pool.major general owais mushtaq is not in the panel.

on 16th march:

the first two candidates were grilled very hard.The panel was making fun of them.they had adopted a non serious attitude.

I met three candidates.There was an engineer,a lawyer and a teacher.
Both seemed satisfied.Though the panel's behaviour was strange.

17th march.
Today i met first two candidates at 10 am.

Both were looking confident.They were appreciative of the panel's response.

I have collected some important questions from interviewed candidates.
These will serve as a glorious beacon for future candidates and enable them to preempt questions. Review of optional subjects is a must.
The policy of this panel so far is that they are not allowing questions to repeat. One day they will follow a conventional format and the other day change their style completely. They may go for typical questions and they may also behave erratically. So beware brothers and sisters.
(my personal observation)One piece of advice in advance to all; cricket fever has become endemic and gripped us all in recent days. Remember it doesn’t matter how many times a batsman is dropped if he makes a century. If somehow you manage to get a good score in interview then the whole buzz of dropping questions will just be futile. If somehow you don’t manage to get good marks in interview then obviously you will lament dropping questions.
