My interview was on 1st April and i was the 1st one.
interview started at 9.00 Bhagwandas Q.Khurram u have completed your M.A in political Science but still doing ur L.L.B... Ans. i have completed my L.L.B sir 2 more questions on the same pattern Q: Your English is weak and u have not even completed ur task of sentence completion in ur psychological... Q: y you have not mentioned an unforgettable incident of ur life? Q: you r dealing in Poultry related business, tell me the causes of Pak's failure to produce sufficient milk for its people??? Q: if India,a 6 time bigger country, can produce milk on 28 rupees per litre then y pakistan can not?? Q: Who is Dr. Amjad Saqib?? Ans: chairman of Akhuwat Organization (He was my favourite personality is a very well known person for his work in poverty alleviation) Q: u were supposed to mention a nationally or internationally fame person why u have selected him who is not a very famous in pakistan Q: i am from sindh and i dont know him... Q: Tell me the importance of sociology.. Q: why the man is being called as a social animal??? Q: China's relations with Colombia?? Q: what is latest in their relations economic terms?? Ans: i said sorry for this question Q: who was the last ruler of Mughal Empiire?? Q: causes of downfall of Mughal empire?? Q: internal and external debt of pak in specific figures Sohail Safdar Q: Khurram you changed your preference from DMG to police. why???( i preferred DMG in my forms which i sent for examination in 2009 and changed it in psychological per forma) 3 more questions on this issue Q: Max Weber's theory of Bureaucracy??? i had not read it therefore said sorry. Q: Tell me the name of the country,other than pakistan, where Journalism is playing a positive role for a nascent democracy?? Egypt was my answer Q: how can u say so??? told me points Q: when the Referendum is going to be held in Egypt??? Q: what was the outcome of the referendum? Q: Percentage of yes vote in the referendum? Q: Questions asked in the referendum?? Q: Nature of the reforms which they r going to introduce in Egypt?? Q: why America has imposed no-fly zone in Libya?? i told that they r acting upon un's resolution which stated to impose no-fly zone. Q: why only in Libya? why not in other parts of the Arab world where also people are agitating against their concerned governments?? told General Owais Q: Khurram up to which level have u attended Scool?? (i did never went to school after 8th class due to some family problems) Q: where do u live? Q: is there not any school in your city?? Q: then y did u not join any school when u had a strong desire to join CSP?? Q: Level of education of my siblings?? Q: why ur family dont has the tradition to educate their children?? Q: you are self employed...what is your annual income?? Q: you have sound business then who will look after your business when u will become a part of CSP?? Q: education level of my business partner?? Q: importance of education for business?? Q: How much land my father owns?? Q: you have mentioned that not attending a school or college is ur biggest short comming,,, dont u think this short coming will remain through out of ur life?? Q: what difference do u see between you and the people who have got education from a well recognized institute?? Q: Nuclear issue of Japan?? Q: dont u think that it was a managerial fault?? 2 more questions on the same topic Q: what is thana culture??? Q: my suggestions to improve the efficiency of Police??? Saud Gohar Q: what is the problems of education sector of pakistan?? Q: do u think that governments efforts for improvement of education sector are sufficent?? Q: my opinion over dissolution of higher education commission?? Q: what is extra judicial killings?? Q: my opinion over extra judicial killings?? Q: what will i do if my I.G orders me to kill a criminal who has been arrested red handedly and there are appropriate chances of his release due to loop holes in the judicial system of pakistan?? Q: in the end Gohar sb asked me a question regarding Law which i could not even understand and i said sorry to him. this is the way my interview went on. Bhagwan das and Saud gohar were sooo harsh and they kept on pinching me. they kept on posing questions to me continuously.However, General sb and Gohar sb's attitude was quite cordial.

CSS-2010 Interviews.
Dear Fellows AOA
First of all I would like to say best wishes to all CSS-2010 qualifiers who have taken their interviews.I have a querry and want to have the good views of all qualifiers especially of those who have prepared themselves at academies that when we are being interviewed by the pannel whether our written part scores are present before them or not.  I have come to know through one of my friends that the pannel has the written part scores ad they treat the candidates accordingly because the pannel knows very well where would you likely to be placed.I want your good views dear fellows in this regard.Thanks Gul Khan
