Any updates on Vacancies for 2010

Any confirmation about the number of vacancies for 2010? I saw a list that adds up to 200-210 vacancies, but I'm not sure if it's official.

PCS 4
Railways 4
Postal 0
Information 0
Commerce & Trade 0

The credibility is not authentic yet, but if anyone has further information, please comment.
