It is when someone is found extremely unsuitable for allocation in a certain group by the psychologists. This is usually because of the candidate's temperament, such as being very blunt and coarse and hence not suitable to become a diplomat. In this case the suitability clause will say that you cannot be given Foreign Service even if you have a good position. Then you will be kicked out and dumped in some other group.

Using it they can disqualify u from top 3 groups,or even say that u are only suitable for railways group.Its based on Psychological assesment.I hear that it is being used this time round

But Merit List kay baad, suitability clause laganay ki kya logic hay??? Lagani hay tu pehlay laga lo. Ajeeb saada log hain yeh FPSC walay.
