@ Yusufzai Sahab
Alaka i have 3 bits of info to give you, see how this will affect KPK allocations

a) Dr.Zahidullah is already in PSP from 2009 exam, this time he is nationally something in mid 30s.If he cannot improve from PSP to DMG, then he won't join.Does he have a chance of DMG this year?

b) Junaid Khan is 6th in KPK, he is already PMS officer who is about to be promoted in grade 18, he has only mentioned DMG as choice apparently and says that i will only leave my present post for DMG and nothing else. So, if he isn't coming in DMG then perhaps that's another opening.

c) The one I'm unsure about is Abdullah Nayyar Sheikh as he himself is not sure.He is already in DMG and 85% sure he will stick to it, but there is also some desire on his part for PSP, this was his first priority this time. Now the national topper has also selected PSP as first choice so he will get open merit PSP seat and Abdullah, rightly as provincial topper would get provincial quota PSP seat.
So i tentatively suggest that unless Junaid Khan can get DMG, remove all three from provincial running

no dear in allocation ( 1st list).....2nd phase called reallocation depends on no, of candidates who donot accept letters and this no. varies every year....i know at least one guy of punjab who,ll not join (merit no. 86, already in IRS if i m not wrong)....lets wait how many more ppl come out ......

a) no chance 4 Dr. Zahid to get DMG
b) 6th position n KPK ll get fsp (1 psp, 3 dmg nd 1fsp r for top 5 KPK candidates)

If these two don't join den u'll move 2 PAAS else u'll get OMG.

this year, given the peculiar location of kpk candidates in list provide them enough room to snatch the seats of IRS,PAAS. PCS, MLCG and OMG.

BRO MANSOOR, ur national merit is 64 that is 21st in list of kpk. at the natinal merit no 64 , punjab has almost their 39th candidate and at the same juncture punjab candidates will b allocated in FSP, PSP, PCS either, from their provincial quota of punjab. thus punjab candidates up to the location of wisal mansoor will not touch open merit seats of IRS, PAAS, OMG, MLCG because their allocation in better groups at this juncture will b available in punjab provincial quota.

wisala, if u need further clarification. see my profile, send me ur cell number, through email AND I i will explain the rest through phone. so chill and if u deem fit,,,,ha ha,,,,,,, treat pir pakka. charsi tikka tik ho ga.........

this is insane.
this is not insane...
and you must know if these seats will be given then there will be hardly any
Sindhis in Federation and more rifts will be created...last year nearly 100 students passed form Sindh... and in 2010 year many students failed in Aggregate b/c here educational system is not as strong as in other provinces and also due to less awareness about css...

i do not know exactly but there must be around 450 candidates who qualified from punjab but there are only 107 vacancies for them.

and there is a surplus in both sindh urban and rural...

tough competition was expected in punjab, kpk and even gb/fata but i am really very very surprised to see the situation in ajk and balochistan.

i know its not possible but it is feasible if we think nationally and rationally instead of being parochial and sub-ultra-nationalist.
THE SINDH PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY SHOULD PASS A RESOLUTION UNANIMOUSLY SO THAT BOTH URBAN AND RURAL AREAS ARE REPRESENTED AND THEY SHOULD FOREGO THEIR SURPLUS SEATS AND THE SAME SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE 7.5% MERIT QUOTA...
i am not biased due to any selfish motive seriously i think this is the most logical decision to make the federation strong.i am not from punjab but still i feel this.when all the smaller provinces ask punjab to sacrifice everything from water, gas, electricity to nfc share then they should also for a change show a big heart.

Sindhis in Federation and more rifts will be created. Moreover it will also create deprivation among Sindhis where already lots of Nationalists parties are present ..last year nearly 100 students passed form Sindh... and in 2010 year many students failed in Aggregate b/c here educational system is not as strong as in other provinces and also due to less awareness about css...Inshallah in 2011 these seats will be filled dont worry dear...
