How many guys of 2010 have given 2011 exam?
 

Folks i have question.

I have given the exam of 2011. Now I have nothing else to do. I was wondering should i start preparing again! for 2012?? How many of the people who have qualified in the final result actually prepared again and gave 2012 test???

Though I'm not amongst qualifiers as I'm also waiting for result yet I will suggest that you should continue with your preparation.It will help you in Interview if you qualified(Insha Allah) and If not(Allah na karay) then you will be in position to re-appear.

Actually I thought that when the preliminary result is announced (in Sep-Oct), we also get to know our merit position. But we DONT. We dont know it till May. So its quite possible that a person might be called for interview but doesnt get allocated in the desired group or doesnt get allocated at all!!

I have been literally dead for the last 3 months and am wondering what should I do now.And to be honest it is quite difficult for me to convince myself again to the same routine.

That's the exact threat;what to do if we didn't get allocated..!Aren't you appearing in PMS exams?If it were so,you would be safe as it made me to start preparation soon after CE 2011 with a constant tempo.It will continue till C.E 2012 Insha Allah.You should start preparation thinking that you are preparing for interview but in actual it would be preparation for coming up exams:)

Bro i took part in 2010 exam, qualified it unexpectedly but i still had started my study for 2011 attempt by July 2010 i think.If you have given 2011 exam, you have at the most around 2 weeks more to waste before you would ideally start your studies.Forget about 2011 attempt, pray that you pass but start preparing for the next chance

I think i will have to start the preparation again for CSS 2012. But what about the changes in the compulsory and optional subjects. There are alot of rumors in the air that Urdu is going to made Compulsory and bla bla... I heard it alot last year as well but nothing changed!

I don't think the changes will be applied for C.E 2012:thinking
Well if it happens,that doesn't matter "now".These Compulsories would remain same and your optional too so take a start,rest would be managed if you cover your current subjects before any such announcement.
