there is no such thing possible at all...they laughed at my query and said it is possible only in the general recruitment program..but for CSS only letters are issued in case of missing documents..and it is checked for all the candidates irrespective of being failed or not...as it is also said earlier by some members that both wings of result declaration and documents confirmation works separately...

if this was to happen,as the case of personal hearing mentioned by you, it would be a clear indication that the candidate has passed the exam..and the chairman of provincial fead office told me that we will not let that happen in any way..thats why we confirm everything before declaration of the result and that also through correspondence and not through personal hearing or stuff like that...

so dont worry about it..and i must say this to every member that please post after confirmation...it spreads a lot of tention and hassel..
