Why are they not asking about favorite books and personalities this time? It used to be an area of great interest for the panel if I am not wrong.

I personally know many people who secured highest marks in interview in their VERY FIRST attempt. Infact one of them scored 280, the other scored 275. So it is not the matter of your attempts but the way you conduct the interview. Keep spirits high man..... In shaa Allah we will score the best.

My interview was on 9 jan.Mr Bhagwan das was shouting at me.He asked me questions about blasphemy,rights of minorities and statement of Quaid e Azam about it,geostrategic importance of my city.He asked many questions regading my preparation.
Awais mushtaq asked about movements in sociology and UNO.He said u frankly tell me the group of your interest.
Saud gohar asked about fresh election and judiciary.He said how u can serve in police.
I m surprised at the behaviour of Bhagwan das.

Bhagwan das focused on my written portion.

While i entered the room Bhagwan das said miss Aisha come and have a seat.his first question was about my M.A.he said your whole education is from govt institutes but why your m.a is private.then he said persian and araby were your optional subjects in your b.a now u translate these persian ang arabic sentences in eng.his next question was about blasphemy law.he asked what is this law and is this law applicable to your prophet.then he asked tell me the words of quaid about minorities after that he gave a violent speech on minorites in pakistan that hindus ang christians r facing immense problems.then he asked about my city.he also asked about my prefrence of police why i wanted to join it and have i seem ladies working in police or being recruited as asi or asp.
he asked the result or your first attempt was shocking or expected for u and questions about my attempt of 2011.he wanted to know how much time i gave to preparation and what was my shedule,did i join any academy,what was my strategy.

My papers were too good.My performance in psychological assessment was good.i showed my confidence and cool temperament.In my interview with psychologist i was very confident.they asked me many questions and its duration was of more than 15 min.they asked r u satisfy with your performance and gave u rank.i gave myself rank 5 they asked why u r doing so.overall it was very good.
The duration of my viva was 15 min.I m not satisfy with my viva.
saud gohar said tell me your qualities how u can serve in police.he was saying repeatedly that police is male dominating profession how u can survive there.

Awais mushtaq asked what r movements in sociology.i could no understand question so said sorry.then he asked when UNO was formed and it was preceded by which organization and difference between league of nation and uno.then he asked about members or security council and mood of electing non permanent members.

saud gohar asked do u think judiciary has been tried to b politicised.he asked r u in favour of fresh election.

They were also asking about the function of dmg psp and customs.

During my viva Bhagwan das left the room and after 1 or 2 min came back. They did not ask about master degree. Bhagwan das asked about my optional and elective subjects in b.a.persian lit was my elective and araby was my optional subject in b.a.he asked me to translate persian and arabic sentences in eng.
It means u should keep your subjects in mind.

What i feel that they r not asking about books n personalities.B relaxed n confident n give brief anwers with cool thaught.

I entered . I said aoa. They said WAS. BD asked whats ur nam its meaning? I replied.HE asked recent in palestine. I repied plan to bid 4 UNO independent status according to 1967 bodres. He asked further another q about it. i said sorry. He asked botany its impotance. I repied. He asked Isalmic-- i couldnot understad term. I asked again He said islamic architechture in europe. I said alcazar. He asked what I said alcazar n zahra palace was different. He asked arab happenigs. I said islamic revival, sprig. he said tell about revival i replied. Then 2nd person asked moderaration-the word written in my psychology.He said there is no mod but extremism. I said there is. HOw i said through education. HE asked about OPEC. I fogot. He said tell me about oil rich ciountries. I named 4 only. He asked embeded jounalism. I repliied jounalism which is attached with military. 3rd person asked in which dept of dmg u want to go. i said in secretariat. he said why did not u opt 4 omg then. I culdnot understend. H asked how women can b empowered. i said ds is male dominated saociety. usne moun bna lya. i said m not saying that men are greater in no. I said by removing jirga system. then he thanken. BD again thanked. I stood. Then another q.... did u apply 4 2012. i said nooo.

i) I will reduce current expenditures and reduce the budget deficit to almost zero.
ii) I will pursue writing off of the accumulated external debt (through diplomatic channels by taking into confidence some of the stakeholders in it)
iii) I will formulate development-oriented long term policies which will ensure smooth progress for the coming years.

9. As a DCO of your city, what would be your policies in the district?

i) As a DCO, I will ensure the smooth functioning of all the deptts. by keeping vigil and conducting regular meetings with the officers under my command.
ii) I will focus on enhancing the agriculture crop by taking measures ensuring timely availibility of seed and fertilizers
iii) I will utilize the available budget efficiently towards eradicating poverty in the district
iv) I will ensure every child who attains the age of 5 years goes to school

10. What are the main sources of livelihood of the people of your area?
11. What is current external debt on Pakistan?
12. What is the total internal debt?
13. What will you do to get this loan written off? Do you think it will be easier to get this huge amount written off?

i) I understand it won't be easy, but we can always try and have some hope in diplomacy. Through good international relations with some of the key countries in the international community, we can achieve what may presently seem impossible.
ii) In case all else fail, we can get the debt installments rescheduled and then categorically pay off the entire debt in the coming years. ( Case Study: Turkey will get rid of IMF debts by 2013. In 2002, it owed approx. $23 billion to IMF.)

what if you are given the charge of EDO revenue? He asked that what will you do if you are asked to do an illegal transaction by a politician, being an EDO revenue what will you do,(and secondly how confrontation between politicians and DMG officers can be removed) to which I replied that we have an independant judiciary so many younf officers are tackling these king of pressures so i will also follow their path and if politicians and DMG officers work in their own domains all the systems can smoothly work.
How will you cope up with political pressure?
what is personality?They just ask me the definition of ''personality''.It was the single question from my optionals........
profile of my district? They are asking about native city or district to analyze that what kind of know how do we have about our surroundings and our own city.

Aman ki asha,MFN to india?is india trying to trap us? My stance on MFN was that it's a positive step and it should not be related or confused with kashmir despute and there was a lengthy discussion on it.....so many points were discussed.

A short and technical sort of interview,it was just of 22-25 minutes.All members are requested to pray for my good result.

1. EDO and DMG and political infusion questions are related to Devolution plan or Musharraf local govt order 2001. So that question again was asked by you because it was related to CA. EDOz and Nazims worked side by side. So Nazims had supereme powers . They asked you in that sense. So refuting illegal transaction is a part of corruption. But how you satisfied them?
2.DMG work in their domeins*
Question is do you really think they do not work in their domains?
3. Keeping aside kashmir we granted this status for what..

2. For pipeline ? But it has nuclear check and we have to pay remittances.
