Mother-Tongue Pinjabi and sindh Domicile
A friend of mine is punjabi-speaking but lives in karachi. She is born in karachi and her education is from karachi too. She holds sindh urban domicile. She has cleared CE-2011 exam. would it be a hurdle in the way of her allocation?

Same is the case here. I was born in Sindh and my education till matric is from Sindh... But I have Punjab domicile because my father's domicile is from Punjab. Only hurdle I think can come in her way if she is found of having two domiciles....

He should not face any problem regarding his allocation due to this. However, he should keep an answer prepared as question may be asked on the reason of stated fact in the interview.
