It is very sad to note that one of our dearest forum members, shallowwater (Mr. Safdar Jang) will not be able to get allocation despite his three successful attempts. Although, its an honour to qualify CSS for consecutive three years, but its quite painful for a candidate who has given his best by being so much focused, hard working, determined and consistent to end up non-allocated. I salute the patience, determination, commitment and strength of this man. May ALLAH bless him with success in whatever career he pursues in his future life!

Its really sad for me becz safdar bhai is really a nice and helping fellow.I talked 2 him twice and he very sincerely advised me about my css prep and subject selection.I hope Allah will definetly has some thing more good in store for him.Dont lose heart bro I salute ur courage,determination and perseverance u will be winner ultimately.

usman bhai thanks for posting this and saluting the efforts of safdar jang. I appeared in 2011 and I know how long and tough this process is. I also salute the perseverance of safdar jang and i pray that he gets even more success than a css officer. people like him are really role models for the aspiring students, not giving up , trying again and again till the last moment. Allah has better plans for him.
