I received a letter from FPSC in reply of my letter to PM about the accomodation of css qualified candidates. It is written in it that there is no provision in css rules to accomodate candidates more than the vacancies available in BS 17 in all occupational Groups and Services.
Atleast i tried though some were saying that my letter will directly go in dust bin. |

I dont know about any special domicile for Kashmir refugees in Punjab but what I do know is they can apply for Punjab PMS, what else one wants. Farhad may clarify this.

No one can have dual domiciles.A refugee residing in Punjab may avail AJK domicile but he can't apply for PMS in Punjab. This was told by PPSC staff.
