You should do English grammar on daily basis.
Read articles and watch talk shows on daily basis.
Do mcqs of Every day Science on daily basis.
Write an essay once a week at least.
Do one optional subject at a time if it's of 200 marks or two subjects at a time if they are of 100 marks each.
Divide your preparation in two phases of two two months.in first phase you should finish compulsory subjects in 2nd phase you must finish optional subjects. When preparation complete now you can start revision that will also build your stamina.

Well Sis Farrah had elaborated it in a good manner, but i would like to add that study plan varies person to person depending upon the personal capacity some people use to study two to three subjects and some more than two . one thing i must say devise your study plan in such a way, a subject which seems most difficult to you put it in the morning or at the beginning of your study hours. At the same time cover the compulsory subjects first than move towards optionals.
