It is so frustrating to see this kind of procedure. The most competitive exam of the country is no more a competition in truest sense. Competition means those who perform well should earn the fruits. CSS has been made more of a system of quotas, the fact that one is born in a province provides him with a handicap or puts him at a natural advantage. How is it justified to have people at the bottom of list be allocated and people who have performed much better be sitting empty handed.

Serious thought is required over the matter....

59 already in Pakistan Customs, so his group didn't improve and he was not allocated seat.

Yes you are right.

I think they belong to Ahmadi community, declared non Muslims by constitution of Pakistan.

So is it a deliberate attempt to increase qadiyanis' ratio in civil services??

is it not, in a sense, violation of article 25?

5 % quota of minorities is totally unjust, CE-2013 advertisement prescribed 5 % quota, while ratio of non muslims is from 2 to 2.5 %. Among these minorities Ahmadi's are well off & educated. So ultimately most seats on minority quota will be captured by Ahmadi,s, which has negligible portion in population percentage.

yes.I think so, you are right. They might be belonging to ahmadi community. But sir nauman,it is right of any pakistani citizen to join civil service irrespective of the ethnic or religious group one belongs to.
Rest Allah knows better.

You are right brother.I am one such person who stands at 161 in open and could not secure allocation.Only 7 marks deprived me from allocation. We are a toy in the hands of destiny which plays very serious comedy with us.
