yes you are right but those five guys have already been excluded from the first allocation list. if you go through the list you will not find any of them except Tanvir Bhatti so in re-allocation only one person will get allocated as per my knowledge. i haven't heard of anybody else who is not joining this year. moreover, if any woman does not join then the next lady in merit order would be offered her seat.

hahaha. sir u'll surely be allocated and in OMG and i shall ask u about this pessimism in CSA. brother total 10 to 12 people are in the sphere of 140 who wont join 5 out of those are out due to preference and rest of them wont accept offers .

Mr. Wattoo I appreciate your optimism for me but I still have my doubts. Nonetheless, you are right about merit # 122 and 97, they are both not joining. I still need one more person therefore, I am still in the lurch. Things would be clearer in the next month.

Hmm, now why do i have the hunch that the people you're looking for wont step up as such?

If you're looking for a definite list of those not joining, chances are, they arent telling it to you any time soon I know it doesnt make sense to most of you, perhaps even to me, but people tend to hold their cards till the very end. Reasons best known to them.

Wait up. Those praying for allocation will only have to wait 15-20 days more-and hopefully God will answer their calls.
