My optional subjects are,

Sociology

Journalism

Muslim Law

Punjabi

Arabic

Note: I replaced Urdu with Punjabi and Muslim law and I replaced Indopak History with Arabic.(My prior choice was Psychology but I left that too because Arabic is more scoring)
Hmmm... a replacement of 400 marks!!! Huge one...
You have made a good choice by opting Punjabi and Muslim Law due to their short syllabus and good scoirng trend. At the same time, Arabic is also a good option.
However, considering very short time remaining, you will have to cover these subjects quicky. Punjabi and Muslim law should not take more than 15 days but you need to give ample time to Arabic as much of the content will be new to you and memorizing poetry will also take time. Arabic may surely give you around 110-120 even in worst case. So switch to the 5ht gear and utilize your remaining time in best possible way. All the best

Great!!! Basic understanding of Arabic grammar is surely beneficial while solving arabic portion of the paper. Do memorize poetry of Umrul Qais and Zuhair... you may secure 40/40 in these two questions. Solve past papars objectives and short questions. This may boost your score to 150+ INSHALLAH.
