You need not to get dishearten . This was your maiden attempt and you haven't performed bad. In British history you should have scored better. As I myself have this subject I know in it one has to score at least 120.
What I have perceived , you need to work on English as both the papers have prove fatal for you. Don't be dejected at all. There is room for improvement always. Just take stock of yourself. Your plus and minuses and make a proper strategy. Insha Allah ultimately you would finish in successful ones.

I am also waiting desperately to see my DMs...I couldn't qualify in my first attempt... just curious to know which subject I failed....also can't get the courage to go for another attempt as i'm doing my own business and got a diverse kind of life...totally confused for the second attempt. May Allah almighty help us in finding right ways for our future.

@Zubi
Dear to be honest it has been my choice for a long time but i attempted it only because my friends and family members encouraged me to go for it i started my imports business after taking the exams and its quite well off Alhumdulillah but at the same time i'm crying for not passing it i would have left everything for it but it didn't give me the chance to do that :(

and i'm feeling like a jack-ass and a failure person in life for last three days

only 800 out of 1006 passed the said exam, so nobody should be having any regrets. Besides i can not influence your personal opinions. Do whatever you think goes best for you.
Best wishes..

Its because you think it was the last thing on earth worth fighting for and there is nothing more to win. This is not true. Try to get over it, you will feel fine.

farhanmushtaq Monday, October 08, 2012 01:24 AM

thanks 4 ur wishes mate...its the only encouraging thing for me that only 800 people have passed out of 10066 otherwise i might have gone sick....

@ Last Island

no i am not thinking that it was the last thing left on earth for me i have my own well settled business i am just crying over that time which i spent studying for CSS

Last Island Monday, October 08, 2012 01:29 AM

What have you lost in that span of time? :)

farhanmushtaq Monday, October 08, 2012 01:32 AM

whatever i got in that span of time won't help in me at all in life may be you think otherwise but what i could have achieved in that time is impossible for me now and i wish not to have tried myself for CSS

Last Island Monday, October 08, 2012 01:45 AM

The fact is that you havent lost anything at all. You still have a well settled business and it is far better than being a restless CSP.

CSS is not a big deal. If you havent succeeded, it wasnt meant for you this year. Considering oneself a loser is not a spirit of a fighter. You cannot win every battle. You cannot have everything you ask for.

farhanmushtaq Monday, October 08, 2012 01:51 AM

@ Last island
thanks for your comment its true we cannot have everything we ask for. I just want to see my dms first than i'll decide should i try once more or not because its a kind of addiction taking competitive exams.
