Can MEdical Adjustment due to genuine reason possible?

Dear ALL
I want to know about can FPSC take medical test later on due to genuine issue of any candidate?
Any person who can clear the procedure by FPSC for the extension or adjustment of medical/Psyc/Viva voce plz?
