Even if all these guys join PMS, that won't affect allocations of 2012. All those seats left vacant by candidates who opt PMS will go to 2013 as carried over seats.

Even if they donot send acceptance & donot join CTP??
sir how come?
in previous years few people next on merit got allocated after the allocations.
I think seat carry forward if there is no one to occupy it (if no one next in merit)

If you know anyone, kindle enlighten us as well.
And bro, believe me, there are hundreds and hundreds below in the merit who are eager to occupy any seat if given a chance. 788 guy passed the exam and I believe some 218 are allocated. What about the rest? If that were the case, there would have been no carried forward seats in panjab and KP atleast.

If they don't send acceptance letter CE-2012 qualifiers will get these vacant seats. Because of PMS 2-3 candidates may not join. Best of Luck and remember in prayers both you and me.

2nd case is of ce2009 Muhammad Adnan Khan merit 233(dr adnan rana) allocated. merit closed on 226 in allocation, and according to dr rana there were 3 more who allocated that year.(bare in mind that PMS also held that year)

Sarfaraz shami:
Thank you. I stand corrected.
So, what would be the case scenario if , the topper of FatA doesn't join DMG. Will it be offered to guy who is next in the list. If the second guy who has been allocated in IRS, joins DMG on the slot vacated by the topper, what would happen to IRS set left vacant by him.
So, it means, in such a case scenario, though very very rare but possible, the whole merit will be altered? Am I right.
