Janab they would go as per the preferences you have furnished in the that sheet, establishment division does not carry out any further communication with the candidates, start thinking about IRS janab its equally a fine group.

But one question,,,,, where was the candidate in last fifty days? came over all of a sudden.

Say, Shahzad Nausherwani doesn't have Fsp as his third preference(or 4th for that matter), and it's my first preference then why would I get IRS?

Any idea as to who's Shahzad Dastgir Nausherwani?

If FSP is not the third preference of Shehzad then you will surely get FSP:).

Dont really know who shahzad is, never heared of him from anybody in group of all, but he is from Balochistan for sure because Nausherwani is one of the Baloch tribes.
you would get FSP for sure just to tease you :) i intentionally wrote IRS in front of your name.
