Can anyone help me on this, What kind of reasons will be accepted to deferral CTP?
and
can FPSC/ED/PM refuse application to defer?

Kindly give your worthy opinion on this very neglected aspect of CSS: the procedure to defer CTP.

i read somehwere in forum that if a person is abroad for some studies, is sick or wants to appear in CE , then his application would be accepted

First letters of acceptance would be sent to repestive ministeries, because you will have to accept the offer. Then application of deferral would be sent to DG, CSA and respective ministry and section
