What is the status of withheld results

hi to all, my result was withheld by the FPSC. Now they are saying that i applied on-line and my documents were received on 22 January, 2013 at FPSC office and the last date of submission was 10th January, 2013. I applied for the css-2013 on 10th December 2012 and also dispatched the hard copies to FPSC. but now i cannot understand that whats going on with my result. my roll no is 6484. seniors please guide me regarding this.

You should better explain FPSC and prove them that you applied on time and ask reasons directly from them as well.

You must have dispatched it via a courier service.
Show FPSC that receipt.
In case you don't have it, then go to the exact courier office and ask them to give you the receipt. It's good that you remember the day of dispatching your form.
